Our carrot cake is baked with crushed walnuts, desiccated coconut, and pineapple for a deliciously flavourful cake. Layered with Vanilla cream cheese buttercream. Decorated with a halo of Vanilla buttercream, white chocolate shards and gold covered chocolates.
